Sept. 26, 2004 at his home. He was born Nov. 2, 1946 in Duluth. He worked for Qwest Communications until his retirement
after 35 years. He was a member of Temple Israel and of the Lake Ave.
Loafers. He was a member of the Ionic Lodge 186 A.F.&A.M. Masonic Temple
and Scottish Rite Valley of Duluth. Howard was very active in amateur radio
clubs and civic committees. He was involved with the National Ski Patrol and
was a soccer coach. He was very generous with his time and was always
available to help his friends and family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold ''Bungy''
and Edythe (Bergal) Cohen. He is survived by his sons, Michael and Jordan; brother,
Harry (Terry) of Minneapolis; special friend, Deborah Good; two nephews,
Anthony (Susie Greenberg) Cohen and Steven Cohen. FUNERAL SERVICE:11 a.m. Wednesday in Temple Israel.
Interment at Shaare Tezedek Cemetery. Arrangements by Dougherty Funeral Home.
